Meet Darrell
Darrell Glaser is the owner and founder of Bar G Financial Services. Darrell is a Cum Laude graduate of Texas A&M University with his BS and MS degrees. Darrell has been part of the financial services industry for over 20 years. Darrell is honored to have been part of the Dave Ramsey SmartVestor Program for over 12 years. Darrell’s goal is to develop lasting relationships with his clients.
Darrell understands that each client’s financial journey is different and requires tailored individual solutions. Darrell is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals and dreams. Darrell takes the time to understand each client’s persona situation before working to develop strategies to help them achieve their goals. Darrell is committed to taking time to talk with anyone who wants to take control of their financial future.
Darrell believes there are three core values that will help people achieve happiness. They are Faith, Family and Financial Freedom in that order. He is committed to helping people achieve financial freedom.

Outside Of Work
Family Guy
Darrell is committed to family. Darrell is married to Dr. Shannon Glaser, Texas A&M class of 1991 BS, 1994 MS and 2006 PhD, and they have four boys. Dr. Trenton Glaser Texas A&M class 2018 and Texas A&M College of Medicine class of 2024 is a physician, Troy Glaser Texas A&M class of 2023 is currently attending University of North Texas Law School, Trevor Glaser Texas A&M class of 2024 is a partner at Bar G Financial Services and is currently working on his Certified Financial Planner® certification and finally Travis Glaser is a Senior Electrical Engineering Major at Texas A&M and will graduate in 2026.
Ranching
Darrell and his family also own and operate Bar G Ranch. The ranch has been in the family for over 100 years.
Church & Community
Darrell also enjoys church activities and community involvement.
Sports & Livestock
For many years as his sons were growing up Darrell spent hours coaching their youth sports teams or hauling the boys and their cattle to livestock shows around the state and nation.
